  • So let me get this straight... When Family Guy does it it's great, but when the original performer does it it's stupid? You'd think people would be thrilled to see the original source of the joke! While I do agree it might be a bit over the top to sue over something like this, the guy had every right. It's just like the Spider-Pig song from the Simpsons Movie. It'd be silly to sue over it, but it's become more popular than the original, and that's somewhat of an insult to the creator.

  • I think it is you who is small minded for not finding it funny!

  • I hope Art dies a horrible death, he definately deserves it, sueing the creators of Family Guy for using his "tricks" in their show, while he uses music of another person and not paying for it

    fkin hypocrite must die

  • after seeing the original I like Family Guy's version better. Just because of the meta joke + it's Jesus.

  • So, I looked up Dirch Passer Fingernummeret (1974) like others suggested. I have no idea who did it originally & although it was amusing, I thought Metrano's version was more expanded & took this comedy routine to a higher level for sure. It is hilarious. My uncle used to do this for me, my friends & family when I was a kid in the late 70's & I loved it. I always wondered where he got it from. Brings back great memories for me personally.

  • Jesus did this in like 30 AD

  • alright, i can see the humor where you would go like "haa i see what he did there" in response, but how are these people cracking up..

  • HE STOLE THAT FROM JESUS!

  • I remember 1st seeing Art Metrano do this on rowan and Martin's Laugh-In and it was hilarious. Still funny today!

  • @thedenmarker Passer stole it from Metrano

  • This guy is the most amazing magician ever!

  • @zhanus Well thats because this is NOT the original. The original comes from a very famous comedian in Denmark who lived from 1926 to 1980. If you want to see it search for (copy paste this)
