oh, sorry, i didn't mean snowing.. I meant general humidity:) like swamps not far for example, the height of the place. I lived in 2 different russian regions and noticed this difference. Cheers
@richig761 I lived in Siberia for 11 years. It really FEELS cold, especially in winter mornings. Imagine - you come out into the dark street, cold wind blows in your face, eyes immediately become dry, it's difficult to move your lips. But it's not so terrible!)
@johnsalchijohn when it's dry it feels much colder. water and snow turn into ice wheras humid cold actually feels warmer. at -40 cold it feels -10 with humidity. I'm saying this because i live in canada. But also winter in Northern Pakistan feels the same way. Cold when it's dry and not so cold when humid.
@johnsalchijohn Yeah, I realize that. I'm just talking strictly from a numbers standpoint. The average temperature in Antarctica is colder than anywhere else by a pretty good margin. That's all I'm saying. I believe that it does probably FEEL colder in Siberia. Also, lol... that day in Vostok when the temperature registered at MINUS 127 or whatever it was. I don't care if itss dry or wet, that's absolutely ridiculously cold.

@Alexalex433 when it's snowing , it's due to humidity and feels warmer. With dry air, your skin hurts and breathing becomes also hard.
