The U.S. U-23 Men's National Team trains in Duisburg, Germany in this edition of ussoccer.com's "Inside the Lines." The team does 7v7+1 as it prepares to wrap up training camp with a scrimmage on Tuesday, Nov. 15.

Mikkel Diskerud? If that is who you're talking about, I would agree. When he was the +1 in the drill he really stood out; his passing was smart, accurate, well-weighted, etc. He has the qualities that will give the US a new, better, more possession oriented style of play. I'd like to see him break into the senior squad in the next year or two.

@edwinner100 they played bad in the u-17 world cup. The reason they are showing the U-23 team is because this training is for Olympic qualifiers.

Mix is a very intelligent player; needs another look in the full USMNT. (That is, if Klinsmann will stop playing 3 defensive midfielders)
