Abandoning classic muscle cars should be a federal offense.

what a waste! some of these cars would still be worth upwards of 100 thousand dollars if they would have been just parked inside.now they are worth almost nothing. never understood this.its like throwing 100 grand out of an airplane. i have a 72 cuda worth 30 grand.its been parked inside for the 20 years i have owned it
