this is kind of funny. it's a good thing some people are pretty. pretty takes you a lot further than talented. melissa's rocking but karen is just sort of "oh, karen, why don't you sing back up hon and try not to screw up or embarass yourself"

I disagree. Karen does the better job of singing here, which surprised me since that's not her day-job. And she's not singing in a sort of cautious or backup manner either.
