Casey Hardison is currently serving a 20 year sentence in the UK for the manufacture of LSD, DMT and 2C-B. He is fighting a legal battle through the UK legal system and the European Court of Human Rights challenging the arbitrary, irrational and discriminatory drug laws which have resulted in his conviction.

This speech was recorded from prison and played in the closing ceremony of the World Psychedelic Forum in Basel in March 2008.

Thanks for this post...Too often we forget our brothers and sisters of the entheogen network who are doing time (years or even decades)just for their relation with our sacraments...Remember and support them is one of our main duties

Having been lucky enough to meet this wonderful human being whilst serving a prison term myself in HMP W'boro I can only concur with this point of view. Prior to meeting Casey I subserviently accepted that my drug use warranted the loss of my liberty on numerous occasions. CWH has certainly changed this point of view. He 'fiat luxed' me! Thank you my friend and let's hope that your rationalism is greeted in the same unequivocal manner by those who profess to be the most rational of us all! JD
