  • @Emyth9 Where does the sound come from? Is it the part which plays like a harmonica?

  • @lifesaver173 It is more like a harmonica than a flute. Sort of a cross between a harmonica, a set of panpipes and a bagpipe... It is a "free-reed mouth organ" according to the Groves Dictionary of Music and Musicians... Wikipedia has a decent article...check it out if you are interested.

  • It's a "sheng"... Google it and you'll see pictures and then you can see that the young woman on the right is holding one up to her mouth and playing it.
