  • It's not a lost bag. When people arrive a few hours early, bags are delivered to the gate at the same time. Normally there's a "setup" at the gate (that's what we call bag carts) that the drivers put the bag into. It could also be waiting for a QC driver. Sometimes the bag room guys will put a bag going to a different airport and have it delivered to the wrong gate. It's a honest mistake... The bags are labeled with airport codes that sometimes are very close (IAD - Washington DC. IAH Houston).

  • the bag was at the right gate...just no drop cart.

  • its Policy to not intervenem, I work at a airport..

  • They lost mine, will never fly delta again.

  • the black guy could have reached out for it

  • one time iwas flying on TAM airlines 9hr flight ny-gru.when i got there i didnt find my luggage, and it was sent all the way to JAPAN.

  • yes because stopping to check out that bag, where its going, find a gate for it, and deliver it will definitely NOT put that CARTLOAD of bags in danger of missing THEIR flight

  • I prefer to spend the night in the airport waiting for an Airtran connection, than to take a delta connecting flight... and I do.

  • fly Delta? ohh n payn those extra fees to bring on luggage?

  • @659235 yeah and they will find this informations by ignoring the bag in the middle of the place? at least they could take it inside to someone... your answer isnt really good lol. I have all my informations on my luggage. But after seeing a couple videos like that I wonder if that change anything... if you guys lost it.. you wont even take it back to someone so who will read the infos... your truck tires? anyways...I saw another video.. the bagage kept in the rain for 3h or 4h
