Recorded: At the home of Chuck Copley, Hollywood, CA February 1, 1947

Personnel:
Charlie Parker - Alto Sax
Russ Freeman - Piano
Arnold Fishkin - Bass
Jimmy Pratt - Drums

* Privately recorded at a house party held as a benefit for Charlie Parker after his release from Camarillo State Mental Hospital, in 1947.
This was his very first recording after being released.
Only one hand-held microphone was used,
and despite the fact that trumpeters Howard McGhee, Shorty Rogers and Melvyn Broiles were all present and played on this session, poor sound quality was an issue.
Only Parker's recorded solo was retained.
