The sound is the product of badly placed camera microphone together with automatic volume control of the camera recording and often through terrible computer speakers. It's well known that some YouTube recordings of piano accordians sound like good organs!
The instrument in real life is superb - the world's best organists come to play it and good recordings made with properly placed microphones sound _exactly_ as I want to hear organ music.
