The Old Court Church is the oldest in Bucharest, dating from 1545. It was enlarged in 1715, during the reign of Ştefan Cantacuzino, and the frescoes inside, painted by maestros Constantin Lecca and Mişu Papa, were added in 1847.

This is not the oldest church in Bucharest, there are many others, in fact you can't walk for 10 minutes in Bucharest without seeing a church. But this church next to the old regal court , now in ruins but you can find interesting things there as well. But my advice don't stay only in the center, just go explore .

That is not sf Antony :-(
The church of which you speak, burned in 1718. Her monument is across the street
Church behind you, it's called "Buna Vestire" ( the Good proclamation)
