Vale twice come from behind in this FA Cup 4th round tie at Goodison Park to set up a famous moment in the clubs history.
The Valiants appeared to be heading for defeat when Duncan Ferguson scored in the 88th minute but Ian Bogie popped up with an emotional even later equaliser to take the tie to a replay at Vale Park.
The rest as they say is history!

  • Yes, Jon Champion certainly is bias in his commentary, but Everton were the defending champions and I like it when they favour the underdog. I used to watch Everton at this time, always sat at the Gwladys Street end.
