SA needs open education: Associate Professor Laura Czerniewicz at TEDxCapeTownED

Laura has worked in the field of educational technology at the University of Cape Town for over a decade. The founding
Director of the Centre for Educational Technology, she is currently the Director of the OpenUCT Initiative. In this talk from TEDxCapeTownED 2012 she shares her passion for open education arguing powerfully for educational resources to be made accessible and encouraging educators to create and use open educational resources.
