Yeah I've done that drive on the Coquihalla to Merritt on the way to my cousin's wedding in Cache Creek (which is near Kamloops). It's a really nice drive.

My GF and I both shoot some video while traveling around Vernon/Kelowna/Enderby areas. I find that holding a video cam while driving is not the best thing. lol

Make sure you have enough gas - I thought 100 miles in the tank was enough - when I started to go up hill and there was 40 miles left.... Well I made it to Merritt - and the gas station attendant said he'd seen many motorbikes being pushed in. Merritt advertises itself as Country and Western capital of Canada! Had great breakfast in a country venue - sold jeans with bacon and egg!
