Some people might be surprised to know that Pennsylvania has the most wind energy development east of the Mississippi. From a speech made by Kathleen McGinty at Penn State's 2004 Hydrogen Day. She has been mentioned as a possible United States Environmental Protection Agency‎ Administrator under President Barack Obama,[1] and as a possible candidate to succeed Ed Rendell as Governor of Pennsylvania.
