This more intense lower body workout pairs two power moves guaranteed to tone the hips, butt and thighs. The first is a Bulgarian Split Squat with a Stability Ball and the second is a Star Step with an exercise band. Just a few sets of these two exercises a few times a week will help shape and define your lower body.
