@groverdog45 Actually, it handles the temperatures just fine. I have run Prime 95 and Folding@Home SMP and it's never gotten over 160˚F. I should be getting the Noctua
NH D-14 soon for review and use. Stay tuned for that!

how does the mobo handle overclock? don't the resistors get too hot without a heatsink? I'm thinking of the same mobo. Thanks

@KRDesignStudios It handles the OC just fine (I assume as nothing has broken yet). I don't have a way to monitor the temp of the resistors or MOSFETs but I have TONS of airflow through my case so I think they're fine. I have the stock fans + two more on the side. I would definitely recommend this motherboard, excellent bang for your buck.
