@Pbirv LOL Best punch line in a very funny movie. Cool to hear reference to JMen Forever. The 'Rock and Roll Detecor' brought me here.

The Tubes are a San Francisco-based rock band, whose 1975 debut album included the hit single, "White Punks on Dope". During its first fifteen years or so, the band's live performances combined quasi-pornography with wild satires of media, consumerism, and politics.[citation needed] They are perhaps best-remembered for their 1981 single "She's a Beauty," a top 10 US hit with a frequently-played music video in the early days of MTV.
The Tube's Phil Spector tribute....hilarious and touching all at once. And it was obviously an inspiration to Loaf/Steinman. Hard to believe it now, but not only was this song all over Bay Area free-form FM back in '76, it was an AM radio hit too. Radio is truly dead.

Great song. I find it amazing how a lot of great stuff misses out on being played on the radio,
