Friend, i sure hope you have heard about 'rule of law'. A citizen's personal self and his property should be protected at all times. This includes businesses, personal homes etc. The police are there to protect these and also to ensure that no harm happens to a person. There is NO reason for anyone to hit a person that is sitting down!! What is the reason to do that? I dont think the police are trained to know what their goal should be and who they are protecting.

that is reason enough to beat down innocent people? The police is supposed to get the right culprits, then charge them with the crime. You just cannot go and beat up on innocent law-abiding people. There are several people in this video who have blood soaked shirts! WHAT DID THEY DO?? Unbelievable...And every police guy is trying to wield his lathy at people that are actually sitting down! Still a shame. Cops need to know that they are trying to *PROTECT* civilians.
