My take on an Asian Chicken Salad using poached chicken.
Fish Sauce Salad Dressing:
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp. Lemon or lime Juice
2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Clove Garlic
1/2 tsp. Ginger
Pinch of White Pepper
