Just unzip it,
click on the folder
first of all install Screenium.
After that open Screenium and leave it open (a window should pop-up asking for a serial key).

Now open the core_keygen.dmg. Select in the Top-right corner "Screenium v1". Just click "Generate" several times, double click the serial key you want to use and cmd+v (paste) into the text box. Done!
