The Edge of Night, Episode # 6103 - September 27, 1979

Margo Dorn throws a party to kick off the filming of "The Mansion of the Damned", and introduce its stars, Nola, Trent and Paige. In true Edge style, Trent Archer's horoscope prediction that something evil is going to happen tonight at the party comes true. Margo's guests include April Scott, the Cavanaughs, the Karrs, and Steve & Deborah and Jason Reinhart, the producer.
During the party Nancy Karr surprises Margo Dorn, and stops her in her tracks when she chooses to badmouth Draper; later the curse on the movie strikes against Nicole Cavanaugh!!!!

For many reasons, (largely Margo Hunnington) this seems to be my current fave EDGE episode. I do wonder why Geraldine wasnt there??? The suspense glamour & drama yjat were captured all in this 1 eppy is just genius soap! Plus, Margo's Penthouse is 1 of the all-time greatest soap sets!!!!!

Love it so much. This is great suspense TV at its best. EON was poised to enter the 1980's in style.  It stands the test of time.

Great episodes to post for Halloween time! Thank you so much for posting these, Mansion of the Damned episodes during this time! (I wish I could have watched these back in 1979, originally, instead of just having to read about them at the time, because the ABC affiliate, Channel 10, in the Tampa Bay area wouldn't air EON back then.)
