Uriah Heep - Sweet Freedom (with lyric)

Album perdana Very 'Eavy... Very 'Umble mengetengahkan harmoni permainan gitar dan organ Hammond ditambah vokal vibrato David Byron. Judul album perdana mereka berasal dari frasa very umble yang diucapkan tokoh Uriah Heep dalam novel berjudul David Copperfield karya Charles Dickens. Tokoh yang sama juga menjadi inspirasi nama band mereka. Di Inggris, nama Charles Dickens menjadi sering disebut-sebut sekitar 100 tahun peringatan kematiannya.[3] Setelah merilis album perdana, pemain drum Keith Baker menggantikan kedudukan Alex Napier.

Album kedua, Salisbury bisa digolongkan sebagai album rock progresif karena berisi lagu sepanjang 16 menit yang dimainkan bersama sebuah orkestra alat musik gesek dan tiup. Mereka berlanjut setelah pemain drum Ian Clarke menggantikan Keith Baker. Album ketiga, Look at Yourself dirilis di akhir tahun 1971. Di dalamnya berisi singel "July Morning" dengan bintang tamu Manfred Mann pada synthesizer.

Pada album ke-4, Demons & Wizards, Gary Thain asal Selandia Baru menggantikan pemain bass Paul Newton. Hasilnya adalah album ke-5, The Magician's Birthday yang berisi lagu "Sweet Lorraine". Setelah merilis album ke-7, Wonderworld (album), Thain ditemukan meninggal dunia di usia 27 tahun, 8 Desember 1975 akibat overdosis heroin.[4] Posisinya digantikan mantan pemain bass Family yang bernama John Wetton.

When I was young, I listened to this album a lot, a week aga I pulled that same album out of my collection and listened to this song again....Timeless!
