hey guys i have a question please help me... i have right now my beast...great laptop..but can i run autocad and 3d studio max? im an architect so thats my question....thanks

Yes, you can install Workstation programs on any system, and they should function, but the M1730 Graphics card does not have a certified driver for any of those applications like a Precision system would. Therefore there's no guarantee what the expected results may be with those programs.

I think its going to be cool to have SLI in an notebook. Much better than trying to carry around my current desktop rig. I just hope it is priced reasonably.

many people think the design sux , those are propably shallow apple users that never play a demanding game like i do , to me macbooks are useless :p
