hello, i use a series of sent eliminatore befor i get in the woods, soap, detergant, and spray. i have a coupl few questions. first wut about all the soap residue in the washer from of season laundry? next, after i treat my clothes i put em in a fresh black trash bag, when i take em out they smell like plastic. is there anyway i can make this same system more effective?(srry bout spelling) plz and ty..oh i do use scent lure in woods

Hi,

When washing your cammo, never use soaps. Just use your scent eliminator detergent. Once done, place all camo or hunting attiar in a plastic tote. You can pick them up at any walmart or home depot. Keep all clothes stored in the tote and change into them when you arrive at your hunting spot. Then spray down with your scent eliminator when your ready to go into the woods. I then apply deer herd stick on my hunting close when I reach my stand as a cover scent.

thnx! i dont use regular soap, all scent eliminator, but u know how family uses same washer, all the soap scent thats left in washer when i do hunting clothes kinda makes me wounder..thnx again!

You may want to cycle the washer once with cold water before you use the washer for your clothes. This will help eliminate any odors left.

see i always thought that any scent as long as it isnt raw human would cover, but they do pick up on and spook from some unatural scents, while others i think they like...i swear(not condone) some spiting tobaco draws em like wintergreen and beach nut lol. iv always played with scents..cover scents, the biggest buck iv seen chased me, i had to make haste towing a sent pad, i stopped turned around cause i thought i heard a squirl...it was big buck! because of safty issues i had to let em walk...
