    Right! 100% right.

  • The beauty of this tune stripped down to its essential essence ... like a seagull flying over a windswept Icelandic glacier ! Breathtaking ! Valhalla ! the flute really brings out the ethereal aspect of this piece. I would like to see this version on CD !

  • @aihoschema oops typo: kiss = miss :-S

  • Beautiful, yet the original (both album and live) is so much better. The very idea of this song is that the Tony Banks wall of sound plus Phil's drums kick in during the refrains.

Genesis doesn't translate well into small acoustic ensembles. These guys even "admit" it by including a string synth- which doesn't even come near Tony's old Mellotron M 400 violin tapes and Arp Pro Soloist synthesizer - goosebumps!

Still: I love Steve and I kiss him badly after the "Wind and Wuthering" album.

  • I think of my first love when hear this piece of music. I miss you Sadi. I miss you very much.

  • @Spenc2010 Great band but better when ste was there

  • Even without the drums sounds very beautiful, it's a different sensation. It's like the sad part of a bigger piece, for a movie.
