More anti-Christian crap.
After what you have done and are doing to the Palestinians you have absolutely nothing to talk about. You should be looking for pro-Christian views, you could use the allies.
Christian America is getting very tired of doling out tons of cash for Israel, and getting nothing but hassles and criticism in return.

Mister
tjb70 , this is not a antisemitic video!
This is about the ANTI-Christian attitude of JEWS!
So father Michael is citing from a book of a jew who tries to demolish everything we the orthodox christians believe about our Lord Jesus Christ!
How can you say this is a ANTISEMITIC video?
For you if you disagree with a jew, it makes you an "antisemit"...?

If this is true which I don't believe it is, then how do you read about Jesus life? Jesus wasn't even in the flesh born yet. And I shold trust this book or some other book over the Jewish, hebrew/greek, scriptures? This has too be a lie from the devil Himself. Cause this would mean that the Messiah hasn't came yet. And the Jews should or better be doing sacrifices on the say of atonment. Where is that at? And the temple is been destroyed just as it was said it would be, Matthew 24.

@theone1087 and what did the jews do during those times in those countries?.. I'd like to hear your answers so I can research them.

When the Jews apologize for what they did to Russia in 1917-1991 and what they did to the Ukraine from 1931-1933 and the 100s of millions of Orthodox Christians killed,starved, raped and beaten, the 23,000 churches demolished and the brutal murder of the Tsar and his family by the Jew Sverdlov and the Cheka guards in a dark cellar without trial...maybe, Christians might try to remember the pogroms which were far less than what the Jews inflicted on the last defender of global Orthodoxy; Russia.

@TheLoyalOfficer Huh?
Lies about Palestinians? What has that to do with Catholic persecution of Jews?

Religion is so strange to me. I don't understand the logic in arguing events that happened thousands of years ago. Thank science I am an atheist. Arguing imperial data seems slightly more logical.... sometimes :)

Catholics are "anti-new world"? I think someone is still bitter about the 1204 Sack of Constantinople, which was in retaliation for the massacre of the Catholics living there. I guess we Catholics could still be bitter for the for the Gothic wars of the 500's, in which the Italians and Ostrogoths fought a long and losing war against the invading Greek Orthodox, but do we complain? No.

Mat 23:8 “But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi,’ for One is your Teacher, the Messiah, and you are all brothers.
Mat 23:9 “And do not call anyone on earth your father, for One is your Father, He who is in the heavens.
Mat 23:10 “Neither be called leaders, for One is your Leader, the Messiah.
P.S. - the cross isn't a symbol of antisemitism, they used it in their synagogues. It is a symbol of sun worship. Messiah was executed on a stake not a cross.

@GreekOrthodoxTV "read the scriptures under the guidance of the Holy Fathers, regardless of which translation you use."
Thank you for your response, and yes, I've had trouble around say Deuteronomy, as I'm Christian and it sounds more Satanic; it's a certainty those words would have never passed Jesus' lips.
After reading much of the KJV of the OT, it occurred to me the book could be used for both and seemed to need more explanations to teach Christianity. ie. The genocide.
We understand how you feel, Landyn99. We invite you to look deeper, and explore the idea that Orthodox Christianity, unlike the western form of Christianity, is not a speculative religion, but an empirical science much like medicine.

Here we go again with the Truth getting in the way of Judaism. BARF!

@UnoRaza:
Very true, UnoRaza. The Truth can certainly be an impassable roadblock to those who will not face It, regardless of who they may be.

@GreekOrthodoxTV Which version of the Bible does the G.O. use and is there a version in English?
UnoRaza 1 year ago
@UnoRaza
Dear UnoRaza,
For the Old Testament the Orthodox Church uses the Septuagint. For the New Testament the Orthodox Church uses the original Greek as written by the Holy Apostles.
There is no official English translation. I would recommend that you read the scriptures under the guidance of the Holy Fathers, regardless of which translation you use. I would recommend that you do this even if you read the scriptures in the original Greek.

Robt Layton 1642:
Undoubtedly, that people of the Jews shall once more be commanded to rise and shine and their return shall be the riches of the Gentiles. And that shall be a more glorious time than ever The Church of God did behold.
In 1948 there were less than 1 mil. believers in China. Today maybe 200 mil.
In 1948 less than 1% of Koreans were believers. Now So. Korea fields more missionaries than any other nation.
The spiritual resonance between Israel and The Church is unmistakable.

@YerushalayimShelZaha
The Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church IS Israel, the new Israel.
We all rejoice when any Jew, or any unbeliever for that matter, accepts Christ as the Messiah and Savior.
