Forcing a customer to interact with the DVD kiosk simply to return a movie is an design error, allowing such a humorous events as above to occur. Every juncture where a customer needs to interact with the kiosk represents a point of failure. As shown in the Signifi video on the left, no kiosk interaction is required to return a movie. Simply insert the media and leave, even in most cases when another customer is using the DVD kiosk to rent a movie or game.

We've left the focus on the Signifi screen for many many seconds after we successfully returned the movie in order to show that no further customer interaction was needed.

The full time needed to return a DVD, Blu-ray, or game to a Signifi DVD Kiosk is about 6 seconds, or 4 seconds if you don't care to read the "Thank you" message.
