Well, as the title says, this is Cecilia Vennersten's song "Kapten Nemo". It's a Swedish version of the song "Captain Nemo", which has been recorded by Dive and Sarah Brightman.

Here's an English translation of the lyrics:

Eh måste kommentera texten...visst fritt i Vennerstens tolkning men Nemo var aldrig förföljd av poliser, varken i Sarag Brightmans version eller boken av Jules Verne (mannen som skapade Kapten Nemo).
