Weirdest couple in Seattle

This might be mean but my girlfriend and I have seen this couple around Seattle a couple times and I had to get a video. One of the most bizzare things we've ever seen. To break it down; it's a small woman in a walker, leading around by a leash, a big man type person who wears women's clothes and wears goggles and holds stuffed animals. Scary. You'll notice that it appears she see's me taking a video and perhaps puts a curse of some sort on us? :)
