  • Kinda tricky to explain here. Actually there is a moment where the hand needs to be repositioned so it isn't static when transitioning. Actually, that part can be the most difficult for some, but only takes practice.

  • How long have you been practicing?

  • @yoga4trina - I was lucky enough to have found yoga at the age of 18. Ever since, it has grown and grown into a significant part of my life. Almost 17 years now. Ashtanga yoga for almost 15. :)

  • Awesome. I've been practicing about six years. You have give me something to look forward to. When I watched you do "dancer" pose, I couldn't quite understand how you held the fot and then repositioned the hand on the foot to bring your arm up and behind your head. Can you advise? Thanks.
