Final Presentation to Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG). MBA Capstone Project.

This video contains AEG's Final Comments and assessment of my work.

After completing my research and assessment of the AEG (and indirectly, the Los Angeles Kings Hockey club) Sales and Marketing Department, I made my final presentation to the VIce President of Sales and Marketing (Chris McGowan), and two other managers within the department. This task was my final project for my MBA, and involved using Strategic Management tools (Strategy Maps and Balanced Scorecard) to evaluate and make suggestions that would assist this department and help identify Key Success Factors to use in their annual planning and day to day operations.
