i dont know if its an ocd thing (probably not) but i have a mild ocd type thing about using public toilets. i only use them if 200% necessary and when i do , i have a system for cleaning my hands and leaving the bathroom. And if one of my kids has to use a public bathroom i literally have a nervous breakdown lolol

If I touch something with one hand. I have to do it again with the other, and than with both hands two or nine times.

When I read something i read it over again two times.

I have to make sure every object is straight.

I also do rituals before going to bed.

I have to touch the door after someone else touches it.

And plenty more.

I'm only 13 though. Yo can imagine what life is like. I eat my self out with stress.
