yea, the burnout was wheel slippage,
but when it shifted to 2nd the clutch didnt enguage all the way, killing the accelleration

yes emmissions! Here in Texas they do that and some are expensive.

well taking off the mufflers has nothing to do with the emmissions, so if it passes with the mufflers it'll pass without them
