H.igh D.ynamic R.ange I.mage ... you make it by taking three or more pictures of the same scene to capture the whole synamic range of the available light ... for example one that is so under exposed that the sky seems deep blue, one with normal exposure, and one that is so overexposed that the shadows are well exposed which means you lighten up the shadows ... everything else is made by PS :) you now have a picture that can simulate any exposure possible in this scene

@enjoiskate11 It stands for High Dynamic Range Image. It's basically an image composed of the same photograph taken at several different exposure levels. Clever stuff.

So does this mean that you can move the camera everywhere you want on the image making it seem 3d?

The grey column, the monkey head and the two yellow balls are part of a 3D scene. The rest is a photograph mapped on to a sphere. So, yes. The camera is moving inside the scene.
