  • Where are the free weights? This can NOT be done safely at home; total time grabber - The title is a DECEIVER, so what does that say about the person who posted it.

  • should i do this if i have a bad lower back? would it strain my back or make my back pain more bad?

  • Perfect form. I see so many people extend too far. Great one to reduce back pain over time when done correctly and carefully.

  • Who can explain to me how to do this at home, withoout a gym machine?

How to do this with the table and the chair? It's not clair....

    Thank you!
