Where are the free weights? This can NOT be done safely at home; total time grabber - The title is a DECEIVER, so what does that say about the person who posted it.

should i do this if i have a bad lower back? would it strain my back or make my back pain more bad?

Perfect form. I see so many people extend too far. Great one to reduce back pain over time when done correctly and carefully.

i do this at home with a chair and a heavy table. Feet under the table and hips on the chair. Add dumbels after you hit 40 reps.
