This is the FULL 300 Spartan Workout. This video has been editted in order to make is shorter but all reps and exercises have been completed according to the workout. This workout consists of 25 Pullups, 50 Deadlifts (135lbs), 50 Pushups, 50 Box Jumps (2ft box), 50 Floor Wipers (135lbs, Must complete full cycle for 1 rep), 50 Clean and Jerk (36lb Kettlebell, 25 each arm), and you finish with 25 Pullups. It felt like a month but I managed it in 25:20 , I did it to help me get lean, simply did two elements of the workout before my regular weights workout for a month , then upped it to three after a month, finally put all the pieces together . Pull ups were tough at first but as I got leaner they got easier . It's the best workout I've done when prepping for the beach !!
