ok, this is what i do for cardio, just keep it moving, dont stop! keep going! burn, burn, burn! dont quit, do this for a week strait! you just goota keep movin! do anythinganything that brings ya heart rate up,then do some sit ups , then burn somemore

  • Work off your jab more. Bring those elbows in and try to go at it 3 minutes at a time (like a boxing round) with a 1 minute rest. Work on your footwork too, it helps a LOT more than you think.

  • yo man i do sit ups push ups crunches and dips .. and im tryna add pull ups to as many as i can not realy happy with the results too much.. i do like three sets of each about 40 - 50 reps
