I used to do slow rolls in a 360 and occassional English Blunts (-3G's) in a wood spar Decathlon. The plane belonged to the Smother's Brothers. One day during pre-flight, I was lightly drumming the bottom fabric of the wing. It sounded like a snare drum. I pulled an inspection cover off and felt around inside the wing. I was able to pick-out many loose gusset nails. Yikes! The plane was flown back to the factory to get the metal spar and ribs wings installed. Never saw it again?
Nice flying !

What would be awesome would be to somehow pipe this through your headset while you're flying.

Most enjoyable - You might enjoy "Crazy Russian Pilot". Great Super D action.
