@jcotteri I am an American... So I am not familiar with this show. So you are saying this is a fabrication? It did seem like they spent a lot of time and money to catch a kid on a bike for acting like a kid on a bike. Over here they would just catch him the next time or hope the close call scared the crap out of him and he settled down. Still, the outcome is about as good as it could have been, no beat up cars and no crashed bike. I do know about kph unlike jcotteri, though.
