I bought a new Bosch fridge (as well as dishwasher, cooktop, vent hood and double oven)... and it started making a noise as soon as it was plugged in. Over a month later and it is still making this noise!! I contacted customer service and the repair folks ordered the wrong parts twice now. No one at Bosch seems to care about this. Oh - and the ice dispenser stopped working because (according to the tech) a part apparently "fell off." Buyer beware!

  • They actaully finally got it fixed after of three months of phone calls. However, now I have a new sound coming out of the freezer. It is not nearly as bad as the first sound but certainly not something I would expect from a barely one year old refrigerator.... My Bosch wall oven / microwave isn't doing too well either. Temperature WAY too low and it too makes a sick sort of fan sound when preheating.

  • Sometimes the push-rod switch demonstrated in the video needs a little WD-40.

  • I'm in the process of perhaps purchasing the Bosch line for my home including the front loader washer and dry set can you tell me if it's worth the money compare to Lg GE samsung Maytag whirlpool kenmore ect and if not why is the reasons that I shouldn't purchase them through experience.

  • I'm also bough dishwasher, refrigirator, owen) and I have exactly same vent noise from my Bosch B26FT70SNS 800 Series French Door Refrigerator. When BOSH technician came to my house to fix this problem, they asked manual to learn about this refrigirator.

  • Definitely a broken fan. I've had that noise from computers when the fans were failing. Horrid noise. The fans bearings have gone.
