Visionaries in IT: James O'Neill

Visionaries in IT Lecture, June 24, 2008. Mr. James O'Neill serves as CEO of CompuDyne Corporation, a leading provider of products and services to the public security market, specializing in Institutional Security Systems, Attack Protection, Integrated Electronics and Public Safety and Justice/Tiburon.

He has been a leading executive in the technology industry for more than 25 year with extensive senior management experience focused on intelligence, networks and electronics.

Most recently, Mr. O'Neill held positions as corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grummanís Information Technology sector, one of the worldís premier providers of advanced information technology (IT) engineering, and business solutions for government and commercial clients.

Before joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. O'Neill served as senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Services Industries, where he led the companyís sales and consulting groups in the worldwide communications and utilities sectors.
