LDA/DME Approach RW19 @ KDCA - PMDG MD-11

A video response to JerdooFlightX's FSX video contest #5 (smooth landings).

Just so you know, I did deploy spoilers but the replay didn't show it, plus the replay also caused the rudder to twitch out all crazy =/

You track the localizer down until you have a visual on the airport to your right, then you make about a 40 degree turn to land on RW19. The approach altitude is done in a series of "step-downs" like a VOR approach. The MDA on this one is 720 ft, and I descended to it pretty quick so that's why I was getting the terrain warning sounds.
