I have had such a hard time getting good mic placement and guitar tone. 1.2k is a weird place to boost, at least in my experience, but I don't think my starting tone is the best either. I guess I'll just have to turn down the amp to hear it better in my headphones when looking for the sweet spot

@dreaminginnoother Yeah man I try and keep the amp as low as possible when dialing it in, with the headphones very loud to drown it out. I don't want to hear the cab at all.
