Free Tibet for whom? Will Dali Lama be the leader of a newly formed government? Will he be the general of the new Tibetan military; that will protect its vast Himalayas territory? How can any agency / association conduct an accurate consensus of what the natives desire? Do the natives truly believe a government of religious theology will answer their problems? China will not give up Tibet simply of Geographical security.
