Burning Up: A Jonas Love Story Chapter 20

They looked around the club for Kevin, and saw him at the bar getting a drink. Nick and Roxxi looked for a table, while Joe went to get Kevin.

"Hey, you okay?" Joe asked.

"Yea, I'm fine." Kevin replied, while grabbing his drink from the bar.

"You sure." Joe asked one more time, while they walked back to the table.

"Yea, I just got thirsty." Kevin lied, he was actually nervous about seeing Jasmine again.

They reached the table and Nick was sitting there by himself. "Where's Roxxi?" Joe asked.

"She went to get Jasmine." Nick told him.

"Hey guys!" Jasmine practically yelled. While hugging Kevin, and moving on to Joe and Nick.

"Hey." Kevin, Joe, and Nick all said at once.

"So what took you guys so long." Jasmine said while sitting down.

"Well, we weren't aloud-"

"You guys snuck out! What!" Roxxi yelled while cutting Nick off.

"No we didn't sneak out. Like I was trying to say before I got interrupted, we weren't aloud to come at first." he said while looking at Roxxi. "But then our mom changed her mind and we were aloud to come, and now were here." Nick said.

"Oh, sorry." Roxxi laughed.

"It's okay. Anyways do you see anyone girls I might be able to dance with." Joe said.

"Well you see there actually are some girls you can dance with." Roxxi said.

"Really! Who?" Joe asked.

"Us!" Jasmine laughed.

"Yeah, right if I dance with either one of you, Kevin and Nick would eat me alive." Joe Said.

"Why?" Jasmine asked.

"He doesn't know what he's talking about." Kevin said.

"Really? So you wouldn't mind if I took Joe out there to dance?" Jasmine asked.

"Nope. It wouldn't bother me at all." Kevin said a little uneasy.

"Well, Joe would you like to dance?" Jasmine asked.

Joe looked at Kevin, he wasn't sure if he should dance with Jasmine. But he did say earlier that she wasn't his girlfriend so why should he care. "Yea, sure?" Joe got up and went to dance with Jasmine.

"Well, Nick shall we?" Roxxi asked.

"We shall." Nick laughed.

Roxxi and Nick got up and went to the dance.

Leaving Kevin alone.
