@GGSDavejones American engines are often underpowred, but they often have alot of torque to make up for it. The Ford crown victoria is a common police car here, 4.6 liters, only 250 horsepower but 300 lb/ft of torque. And who cars what color it is? I don't buy his argument it should look scary, I just think it doesn't matter. It's covered in flashing lights for a reason. Most police cars aren't black and white since the 90s anyway, at least where I live they are white with colorful decals.

@Staytheredoggy The Crown Vic and Charger are used alot more than the Impala. Only NYPD uses Imapals in volume as far as I know.

I have a overfinch range rover tdv8 good car to tow my boats with but my BMW m3 with espastcher race kit and racing chip 6.2 supercharged v8 could outrun any of those lol haha

If you think about it: the americans just choose souped up versions of car people already have, chevys, dodges, fords, etc and put them all across the board, not a bad plan if you look at maintence . We do the same but add more specialist vehicles: mitsubishis, subraus, BMW's (mainly used for armed units).
