e-verify is stupid. Why shouldn't a businessman be able to hire whoever he wants, so long as that guy has a clean criminal record and is law-abiding? NO ONE is "stealing" jobs from you. Restricting employers' choices does not bode for economies. It's just silly red tape that makes things more complicated. You really think illegal aliens working in the U.S. poses SUCHH a threat to America? Please. Wouldn't you rather they work than mooch off welfare?

What brings all these immigrants over here in the first place? I know that the farm subsidies that make our corn very cheap to export to Mexico causes massive numbers of Mexican corn farmers to lose their farms then come here looking for opportunities to replace their lost livelihoods. Stop farm subsidies which only benefits Big Agribusiness and not our farmers. End the War on drugs, it's destroying Mexico. Our govt policies destroys other countries & their people flee to come here. Great!

We need to STOP all immigration until all those who are here are verified as legal or deported! Countries that have large amounts of illegal aliens in the USA should be denied any visas and foreign aid!

Did you guys know that you can get a California drivers lic without a social security card? Also, I had a hard time finding a Drivers manual in my language (english) since it is printed in virtually every language. Talk about wasting trees? Mexico's flag is **proudly** waved next to the USA flag at federal and state buildings. California has the highest unemployment rate and we take 1/3 of the nations welfare!
