Yes im sure an ideology such as this would never lead to a world government, are you kidding me?

Also note on their website they say

"CIGI gratefully acknowledges the support of the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario for its work."

It just shows think tanks like this are complicate with governments when it comes to policy.

Canada sells a helluva lot of Natural Gas to the US. These are private entities transferring huge amounts of wealth. And that commerce needs governance. Hence the G20.
