Don't EVER go to Harte Nissan - RIP OFF my 300ZX Twin Turbo

This is my 1990 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo after the skilled technicians at Harte Nissan of East Hartford, Connecticut returned my car to me after doing $8400 of work and telling me they had fixed this problem. All they did was replace my fuel injectors! Now they're denying any responsibility to me or to fixing my Z! Don't EVER get work done on your car there! They will RIP YOU OFF!!! Salesman Barry Arrowsmith and Service Manager Bryan Gustis are liars and filthy cheaters. They even stole a pair of $150 Dr Marten shoes from the trunk of my car and then removed one side of my dual exhaust!! Now the car only has exhaust on the driver's side. I have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau and Harte Nissan is now saying that I didn't want this problem fixed, that I only wanted my fuel injectors replaced. I want everyone to know that truth so that they won't get completely ripped off and abused like I was. SPREAD THE WORD! NEVER GO TO HARTE NISSAN FOR ANYTHING!!!

Its all true, when i got home this is what it looked like. it doesn't smoke until its been idling for a few minutes. i went to BBB and Nissan said that they did the work that I asked for. I didnt have a written contract for what they agreed to do, so that's what i got for trusting. lawyers cost money, and the police can't do anything. i didn't notice that my shoes were missing til later. i have better things to worry about than waste my time trying to go after these guys, its not worth my time.

@jload1 i doubt it will work, they probably have insurance and you will get sued on top of that. But what I dont get is, why did he leave is car for "months". And it was just to change the injector. I would stay to see what they do to my car and take it with me. Once I get my z, noone will even get to touch it without my permission

I've always found Harte Nissan to be reputable and honest. What happended here???? Have you talked to the General Manager or Owner? They don't give away service for free, but they don't cheat people either. You should try to work this out with the GM or Owner.

@deadgoon20 Its been two years since you posted this....how did things turn out? I would have gone after them because you could get WAY more than the 8400 dollars you gave them.

Where did you get your injectors from??? I cant find any that are under a a 50 bucks a piece!!
